1. Pledge of Excellence - We strive to satisfy you, our valued customer. Our CookieCards are made with high quality, sturdy packaging. The gourmet cookie is hand-scooped and we use high quality fresh ingredients such as unbleached enriched flour, real sweet cream butter, 100% natural peanut butter, and quality chocolate. We pledge to maintain these standards. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want the opportunity to make it right, by replacing the product. Your questions, comments and suggestions are welcome and we will endeavor to assist you in any way we can to make your shopping experience with us a satisfying one.

2. Cookie Freshness Policy - Our cookies contain no added preservatives. For maximum taste and freshness we recommend they be consumed within 7 days of receiving them.

For use at a later time, our cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months. For the best flavor and texture, remove them from the packaging while thawing.

3. Allergy Information - Cookies Contain Nuts, Eggs and Milk Products - Our cookies contain tree nuts, peanuts or nut products. All baked goods are prepared in our licensed kitchen and any product may contain nuts or traces of nut byproducts such as peanuts, walnuts, pecans or cashew nuts. Our cookies also contain natural ingredients such as butter, milk, cream and eggs. Please read each ingredient list carefully should you have any questions.

4. Order Processing Information -- SendaCookieCard.com and MillynnsCookies.com ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Order cutoff is 10:00 p.m. (pst) the evening prior to shipping. Custom Bulk orders may require more lead time depending on customer needs. Contact CustomerService@SendaCookieCard.com if you have questions regarding a bulk order.

5. Shipping Information -- SendaCookieCard.com ships anywhere in the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail. The cost for this shipping method is included in the price of the CookieCards. Please allow 1-5 full days for shipping depending on the distance from the West Coast. *Remember to take into account our shipping schedule under "Order Processing Information". 

6. Payment Method -- We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Paypal. Our order payment system is managed through Paypal Pro. Your credit card information is never received by us, it is handled through Paypal.

7. Sales Tax -- Millynn Notables, LLC is an Oregon company. Oregon does not collect a sales tax.

8. Image Upload Policy - By uploading an image on this site, you are agreeing that the image is:

• Family Friendly – It is not obscene, offensive, pornographic, sexually suggestive, defamatory, or contain other non-family-friendly content;
• Original – You must own the right to use the image. You agree that the image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right and are accepting full liability for use of the image.
• Safe – It is not likely to cause harm to the SendaCookieCard's service or anyone else's computer systems, including any virus, code, worm or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to the SendaCookieCard's computer systems.
• You further agree that SendaCookieCard may, in its sole discretion, determine whether any image or material you upload meets our Image Upload Policy and that we may reject your order without explanation, subject to a refund of your payment.

9. Card image properties - When you upload your own image to create a Custom CookieCard, for best results we suggest:

• The image should have a minimum of 300 dpi picture quality. Less than 300 dpi may result in poor quality prints and we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. No single photo file may exceed 2MB in size and some browsers will time out if the size exceeds 1.2MB, so check your browser settings.
• Pictures should be a minimum size of 4" x 6". Smaller sizes will lose picture quality when enlarged to fit the CookieCard. The CookieCard is set up for portrait layout (more tall than wide) rather than landscape layout (more wide than tall). All images will be scaled to fit the display box on our site.
• Files must be in a .jpg or .gif format. Any file not meeting these requirements will be rejected upon submission.

10. Ownership and Copyright - The collection of photo and graphic images, text, and other content provided on this site are original works for you to select from for use on CookieCards. Each is copyrighted 2006-2008, Millynn, Notables, LLC all rights reserved, and may not be duplicated, sold or transferred without permission.
