1. Pledge of Excellence - We strive to satisfy you, our valued customer. Our CookieCard™ greetings are made with high quality, sturdy packaging. The Millynn's Cookies are hand-scooped and contain quality fresh ingredients such as unbleached enriched flour, real sweet cream butter, 100% natural peanut butter, and quality chocolate. We pledge to maintain these standards. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want the opportunity to make it right and will replace the product. Please contact us at CustomerService@sendacookiecard.com and a real person will respond to you. Your questions, comments and suggestions are welcome and we will endeavor to assist you in any way we can to make your shopping experience with us a satisfying one.
2. Cookie Freshness Policy - Millynn's Cookies contain no added preservatives. For maximum taste and freshness we recommend you JUST EAT IT. Of course, you may freeze it for up to 3 months.
3. Allergy Information - Millynn's Cookies Contain Wheat, Nuts, Eggs, Soy and Milk Products - Most cookies contain tree nuts, peanuts or nut products. All baked goods are prepared in a licensed kitchen and any product may contain nuts or traces of nut byproducts such as peanuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds or cashew nuts. Millynn's Cookies also contain natural ingredients such as wheat, butter, milk, cream, soy and eggs. Please read each ingredient list carefully.
4. Order Processing Information -- SendaCookieCard.com ship orders Monday through Friday, except on Postal holidays. Order cutoff is 10:00 p.m. (pst) the evening prior to shipping. Custom Bulk orders (10 or more using the same cover image) may require more lead time depending on customer needs. Contact CustomerService@SendaCookieCard.com if you have questions regarding a bulk order.
5. Shipping Information -- SendaCookieCard.com ships to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. CookieCard orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail. Please allow 1-5 full days for shipping depending on the distance from the West Coast. *Remember to take into account our shipping schedule under "Order Processing Information".
Cost of shipping and handling is $2.05 per CookieCard™ greeting. Note that this does not include special services such as delivery confirmation, Priority or Express Shipping. For quotes on these services please contact us at CustomerService@SendaCookieCard.com .
If you are shipping multiple cookie gift bags or boxes (excluding CookieCards™) to the same address and they are shipped in one container you may contact CustomerService@SendaCookieCard.com for a cost of shipping adjustment.
6. Payment Method -- We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Paypal. Your credit card information is not transmitted to us, but directly through our merchant services. If you process your order by phone your credit card number is not stored by us.
7. Sales Tax -- Millynn Notables, LLC is an Oregon company. Oregon does not collect a sales tax.
8. Return Policy - CookieCards are custom made on demand and contain a perishable food item and therefore are not returnable. Millynn Notables, LLC will be happy to replace an item in the unlikely event that it is damaged or lost in transit. However, Millynn Notables, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable CookieCards as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages, but, this is out of our control. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
Upon notification by us that a CookieCard has been returned due to an incorrect address, or the recipient has moved and mail was not forwarded, or any such basis outside our control, the Customer may elect to have us resend the CookieCard to a revised address, with a fresh cookie, for an additional shipping/handling charge.
9. Image Upload Policy - By uploading an image on this site, you are agreeing that the image is:
- Family Friendly – It is not obscene, offensive, pornographic, sexually suggestive, defamatory, or contain other non-family-friendly content;
- Original – You must own the right to use the image. You agree that the image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right and are accepting full liability for use of the image.
- Safe – It is not likely to cause harm to the SendaCookieCard's service or anyone else's computer systems, including any virus, code, worm or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to the SendaCookieCard's computer systems.
- You further agree that SendaCookieCard may, in its sole discretion, determine whether any image or material you upload meets our Image Upload Policy and that we may reject your order without explanation, subject to a refund of your payment.
10. Image properties - When you upload your own image to create a Custom CookieCard™, for best results we suggest:
- The image should have a minimum of 300 dpi picture quality. Less than 300 dpi may result in poor quality prints and we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. No single photo file may exceed 2MB in size and some browsers will time out if the size exceeds 1.2MB, so check your browser settings.
- Pictures should be a minimum size of 4" x 6" at 300 dpi. (Translated to pixels this is 1200 x 1800 at 72 dpi. The Web is built to handle images at 72 dpi, so size your image by pixels keeping it no larger than the 1200 x 1800 at 72 dpi and it should upload the best.) Smaller sizes will lose picture quality when enlarged to fit CookieCard™ greetings. CookieCard™ greetings are set up for portrait layout (more tall than wide) rather than landscape layout (more wide than tall). All images will be scaled to fit the display box on our site.
- Files must be in a .jpg or .gif format. Any file not meeting these requirements will be rejected upon submission.

11. Ownership and Copyright - The collection of photo and graphic images, text, and other content provided on this site are original works for you to select from for use on CookieCard™ greetings. Each is copyrighted 2006-2009, Millynn, Notables, LLC all rights reserved. Also, individual artist's work are copyrighted accordingly, which Millynn Notables, LLC has purchased or obtained the rights to use and sell and may not be duplicated, sold or transferred without permission.
