Image Troubleshooting

Having problems with your image? Please read through the following to try to identify your issues prior to contacting us.

1. Photo Not Loading/Timing Out: Use images that are less than 1.2 MB in size. Check your photo management software for ways to resize your photos. Remember a 4"x5" or 4"x6" dimension works well on our CookieCards and for a good quality print you'll want about 300 dpi (this would translate to a photo dimension in pixels of 1200 x 1500 or 1200 x 1800), if your pixel count is close to these dimensions you should get a good print out.

2. LANDSCAPE Layouts: If your image is in a "Landscape" layout (it is longer than taller), then you must rotate your image before uploading it, otherwise it will be "squeezed" and the image distorted. Although, many systems vary to the function for doing this, try right clicking on the image and selecting rotate clockwise or counter clockwise (if this option is available on your system). Once you've done this you may upload onto our site. Tip: When rotating a landscaped image, the bottom of your photo should be on your right hand side for proper printing on the CookieCard.
